AdVanced Custom Homes and Remodeling was established in 2008 by its owner, Vance J. Csaszar.  Vance has 20+ years experience in the building profession. He has on-site building experience as a master framer and trimmer. He also has experience in designing and selling homes, and managing a home’s total construction. He has built over 200 homes in the Michiana area.

Vance is the past President (2005) and Vice President (2004) of the St. Joseph County Home Builders Association (HBA), and served on HBA’s Board for five years. He is a licensed Indiana Real Estate Broker, and is certified by the EPA/HUD in lead hazards for remodeling and painting.

Coby Deal, Remodeling Manager, owned his own business prior to coming to ACHR. He has 15+ years experience. He is also certified by the EPA/HUD in lead hazards for remodeling and painting.

Vance and Coby not only manage the job sites, but are actively involved in the construction. This is what sets us apart from our competition.

Jennifer Csaszar, Office Manager, is responsible for office activities, customer service, and all other duties associated with office management, warranties, taking phone calls and assisting with interior design.

AdVanced Custom Homes and Remodeling understands the stress and disruptions that can occur during a remodeling project. That is why we do everything we can to not disturb your daily, weekly, and monthly routines. At the start of the project, we assess main traffic points so we can protect the existing floor coverings. We then install a zip-wall system that will contain dust and debris during the duration of the project. At the end of each day, we clean up, remove all debris, and sweep to create a clean and safe environment for you and your family.
